Have you tried lifting the stand to see if the magnet is still intact?

With your dmseg output it doesn't look like there's a problem with the back cover.

Try removing the card and gently cleaning the contacts in the slot and on the card. A small piece of Blu-Tac should do the trick.

There were a lot of problems with Sandisk cards at one time. If you've got another card laying around try that one, see if it picks it up.

Today i tried with a multimeter.
Placed the probes at 4 and 6 pin of the sd card connector and when i place a small magnet over the cover sensor to simulate the cover closed.

The multimeter needle goes up for a while and comes back to zero.

Totally confused...

I have had this problem as well, if you look at the camera stand on the back cover there is a very small magnetic piece, mine fell out and my SD card then didn’t show up, when I put the magnetic piece back in the SD card showed up again.

Hope this works.
