Hello, guys!

My first wave pre-order Jolla got stolen recently
Though my LE TOH is still with me, hehe.

I'm not living in EU so this Jolla was bought through my relatives in EU and it took a month in total to ship it to my place.

Well, I don't want to wait for another month for the new Jolla so I'm thinking about travelling to Helsinki for a weekend to buy Jolla in DNA store (and to drink some Salmari ).

The main problem is that I don't know if Jolla is still available in DNA stores?

They have a site (https://kauppa3.dna.fi/sopimus/?offering=971) but it's in finnish so I don't understand a thing (even google translate doesn't help).

Is there anybody from Finland/Helsinki on TMO who could help me clarify several things about Jolla in DNA stores? I would be very grateful
  1. Is Jolla is still available in DNA stores in Helsinki?
  2. Do they (DNA) have any email address so I can contact with them directly?
  3. Can I buy Jolla right there in the store or I should order it beforehand?
  4. Is it unlocked? Can I just buy the phone without buying SIM card/mobile plan?

I can't go more in detail now as I have to run to school, but you can switch the language on the top right side. Click EN.
It seems like customer side isn't in english, but all contacts etc. are available.

DNA shop care +358 44 033 8000 (For product availability inquiries)
(Customer care number is +358 44 144 044)

I'm pretty sure they speak at least English.

For locations of DNA shops see http://map.karttapalvelut.fi/dna#

And for this you might want to look into this

Tissot, english version of DNA site is really bugged in terms of relevant contact information. I still can't find any helpful contact information on DNA Kauppa (it's retail division of DNA) there.

You could try this email:

mobiiliasiakaspalvelu@dna.fi

="mobilecustomerservice at DNA.fi"

Don't know about availeability, but they have so many shops in the greater metropolitan area, that at least one of them is bound to have some in stock.

EDIT:

Found some direct email addreses to their shops.

These three are at central Helsinki.

helsinki.kamppi@dnakauppa.fi
helsinki.kaivokatu@dnakauppa.fi
helsinki.sanomatalo@dnakauppa.fi

This one is just outside the airport area:
vantaa.vantaanportinkatu@dnakauppa.fi

A little offtopic but that one isn't the real Salmari. Alko is not allowed to advertise products with more than 21% alcohol. The real one has 32% (used to be 38%). See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salmiakki_Koskenkorva
