Hello, i was wondering if is it possible to change the top black bar on the N9. I'd like to get a full background image covering the display.

Cheers.

In my post [How to] N9 Read in the dark .

I mentioned a file named "statusarea.css"
/usr/share/themes/base/meegotouch/sysuid/style/statusarea.css

Maybe you are able to change the background to an Image there.
It would have to be the top x pixels of your background image, where x is the height of the statusbar (maybe in the file)
In the post you can also see how change the icon and font colors to have more contrast against your image.

Be carefull, if you make a mistake it may cause a reboot loop.
So make a backup and in case you mess up, you can get out of the lopp by enabling RD mode and fixing the file.
