Hello,

i hope u don't jell at me, because i think i'm in the wrong topic... But i don't know where else to put it and i know that this community is awesome...

I bought an Acer Aspire One D257 more than a year ago and it's running with Windows 7 Starter.
After i didn't used it very much in the last time and want to make it work better i'm looking for another platform. So i saw that this netbook was also deliverd with MeeGo.

So my questions for you are...

Is it worth it to install MeeGo as main platform or is it full of bugs and no more development?

If you say it's good, where to find the newest version? And a How-To for installation.

How is it to work with MeeGo? Is it supporting some "normal" software? Is there for example an office tool?

Hope you can help me
