Yea, I just found mine a drawer today, so much hardware potential but it was so unreliable as a phone. Would it take the call or not, but it was not a good replacement as a PDA for my Zaurus SL-5500.
The hardware was wonky, tiny screen, but super drop damage resistant, I would like to bring it back into service and maybe give to one of my kids. Or even just use it as a GPS.

Indeed - I still have one and it is a really interesting piece of hardware, but with quite a few showstoppers.

Still can be a good specific use device - for example it is the only device I own that can directly record NMEA traces, which are quite useful for GPS simulation, for example during modRana development.
