Your N9 has the MEA firmware that is PR1.1.1 , you have to wait for PR1.2 to change the firmware .

Your N9 has the MEA firmware that is PR1.1.1 , you have to wait for PR1.2 to change the firmware .

try finding a higher legacy on Navifirm or flash with pr1.1.1 legacy 001

On the china version it was fine although I didn't have Skype / GMAIL and other services. I'm going to now reflash everything again and also the emmc to see what's going on. Hopefully that resolves the issue. Otherwise this is an expensive pocket warmer.

Hi,
I recently got the white unicorn Nokia N9 White. Unfortunately it was from China and has no FB App no does it have Twitter or Skype. So what to do? I can reflash but am concerned about FW updates as some have cautioned..
Is there an alternate way to install Skype and the FB App? Or is my only bet to Flash and hope for the best? Thanks. BTW, I am loving the N9 look and feel. I love my N900 but it's getting old and sits way too bulky in mypocket.
