Hi. Just curious if anyone has found a permanent solution for this. Thanks!

I don't have a solution, sorry.

But it got me interested, so I looked around and found how the front (white) LED can be manipulated:

echo [0-255] > /sys/devices/platform/i2c_omap.2/i2c-2/2-0032/leds/lp5521:channel0/brightness

And the screen brightness:

echo [0-255] > /sys/devices/omapdss/display0/backlight/display0/brightness

i can't do this because we don't have this file (disable_indicator_led) in the: /sys/devices/platform/i2c_omap.2/i2c-2/2-0030
I tried to create this file, but I always got the same error:
-sh: can't create /sys/devices/platform/i2c_omap.2/i2c-2/2-0030/disable_indicator_led: nonexistent directory
Someone know what we can do ?

As far as the Shutter sound is concerned to be disabled, since no option to disable within the native app, you can download the one of this 2 apps from Store... Self Timer or Photo Timer... It has option to disable Shutter sound...
