Basically its trouble setting it up properly with my Telenor Norway provider, Im sure, however I cannot for the life of me understand what Im doing wrong.

Sorry about the mixup, should have posted it in this thread.

But alas, such is life. If anyone can help me out on this I would be sincerely grateful.

I'm having a bit of a problem with fMMS.

I Installed v1.30 and I can't send because I have an error: "Invalid Number".

I've tried installing and uninstalling fMMS with no luck. I manually removed the settings, again with no luck.

What can I do?

Red your post on the thread you made again and noticed that you had it working before a reflash. If you made a backup you can just restore it and the fMSS settings will be restored too.

yeah, I dont have a backup though. My n900 was totally screwed at the point of the reflash. All I got off of it was a folder of exported contact cards and my music/picture files.

Seeing as how Ive had fmms working flawlessly for a year or something I didnt think much of it, honestly. I could've never foreseen such trouble =( ...

Anyone know how to address the following issue:

I have fMMS with a bunch of picture messages, maybe over 60-70 of them still on my N900. Only way I'm seeing to delete them is literally one by one.

Is there a way to select all or more than one and delete? That would be helpful since if I have to do each one seperate, it would take very long and be super annoying.

Any help would be appreciated!

There's a way to quickly delete them all:

Open X-terminal and type in:

rm -r /home/user/.fmms/

That command will delete all the fmms message including sent & received one.

On fMMS, the above is this equivalent?

Access point name: mailwebservice.vodafone.ne.jp
MMSC: http://mms/
User name: vodafonelive
Password: qceffknarlurqgbl
HTTP Proxy: vfkkmmsproxy.vodafone.ne.jp
Port number: 8080

Result: Unable to retrieve message!
Also, I already tried with this and failed:

Access point name: mailwebservice.softbank.ne.jp
MMSC: http://mms/
User name: softbank
Password: qceffknarlurqgbl
HTTP Proxy: sbmmsproxy.softbank.ne.jp
Port number: 8080

What do I miss?
Sorry I haven't replied for ages, not been on the forums (not even used my N900 for a while). I checked my N900 and the settings are the ones I sent you, even the gconftool-2 string is exactly the same. Ensure you have Rude mode on the connection, not Havoc.

Are you using a monthly paid silver Softbank SIM card?
