I'm unable to thank anyone on the forum. The Thanks button is missing. Is this something forum-wide that everyone is experiencing?

Yes. You need to confirm your new email address. You're not the first to run into this.

I did click on the confirmation link yesterday and today via my N800. Both times it opened up a blank window. So I forwarded the email to another account and clicked on the link in Outlook which opened a confirmed message.
