Hollywood Newtonian Law dictates that the alien gecko invasion will indeed hit America 1st (being such the valuable commodity on the planet....sooooo indispensable..

aaaannnnd will immediately afterward head to Mexico ...and central america to liberate many of their reptilian cousins...mash flat a few ziggurats ..and then proceed immediately to Brazil to knock over the oversized Christ on the mount ...while taking selfies.
THEN (according to Hollywood natural law) they'll head straight to Europe next...
