hi all, anyone managed to configure the email app on the n810 to retrieve mail from their Sky account?

I have tried various things from ensuring pop forwarding is on for sky mail and entered my login details , put in the pop.tools.sky.com and smtp.tools.sky.com as specified by sky. added the port number info as specified by sky.

just getting frustrated with this now as i have had the n810 for about 4 weeks now and been unable to get my email successfully.
