They're in /home/user/.config/EvilAlarm/EvilAlarm.conf
I can only guess that maybe your file permissions are wrong?

Not an easy question without knowing what exactly is broken.
The easiest way would probably be to allow all access to the .config directory (and everything in it). To do that, open a console window and type
Code:
chmod -R 775 .config
If you get no error message, it worked.

First I got error that operation is not permitted.
Than I became root and I did not get any errors but still it does not work

Please post your configuration file so I can edit it manually...

are you intersted in adding some option in the next release to repeat alarm like "daily" or "weekly" or "monthly" or selected days of week etc.?

Another suggestion
After "x" minutes the phone sounds a single beep (or any other short sound), and a question pops up.
"Are you awake?"
If you don't say yes within "y" seconds, the alarm restarts itself.
I find myself falling asleep again after being woken up now!

Also a math module as another suggestion?
