Wow. Over 2.5 million sold in a few weeks! Over $800 per device means over 2 billion dollars spent on Note 7s! Clearly one of the "Hottest" phones on the market. And I do mean hot!

I'd buy a Note 4 with a landscape qwerty/qwertz keyboard, running Freemantle, in a heartbeat.

Not to start up a conspiracy theory about the Galaxy Note 7 overheating/fires, but... I was wondering. Some folk were surprised that the Note 7 had a bit smaller battery than the Galaxy S7. Not sure why. Maybe needed the space or cut costs or something. Regardless, to meet demanding performance needs and a longer lasting charge could Samsung have unwisely pushed the limits of the battery without carefully testing it. Had heard that one of the fixes was that Samsung was going to release an update for the phone to limit the battery maximum charge to 60% to prevent the overheating... I think that this was a proposed solution for devices sold in Korea. US consumer agency is having Samsung recall all Note 7s as of today...Too bad Samsung decided to make phone with non removable battery...

Yes. For the N900 there was a recall advice from Nokia for some potentially dangerous batteries and I got a free one shipped at home.

You know, you might have something there...

Although I hate the aspect ratio of screen, the Note 7 is a pretty durn good phone.

I wonder why, maybe because it is such an expensive device nobody has those...?
From CM pages I see there exist a build for all Note's 1...4. I friggin know if I had one of those there'd be zero chance it had android in it after 2 weeks in my possession
