Well, not sure about it: This 'serious warning' makes me think about the overall health of the package management system on your N900... This might indicate some broken status or info for dpkg.
Still this is not a good time to correct things since the repos are down due to the server changes. Those errors in the update command are from the DNS conversion going on.

Try to be patient, HF people probably working hard on this.
