There's just some people that will jump on every rumour as the god send message. Every new and old soc has been already rumoured for N9.
Pick your choice; OMAP3, OMAP4, U8500, Qualcomm scorpion core, Moorestown and tegra 2.I have already since 3 months ago and pretty confident it will be it.
