it has been since like 6 months and Fring on the maemo site is listed as available soon, any1 knows anythin about it ? i know theres a beta version or whatever in extra devel but its so buggy. my question is about the full version for the n900 when are they planning to release it, its already 8 month or somethin the n900 is on market and meego is comin and still no sign for fring O_o

I am curious as to why you would want to use fring on this device as a proxy to all of your voip and IM accounts when you can access same directly from the phone with a few plugins?

its a in extra-devel, it has actually had an update and is not bad for msn.

or you can use pidgin as a replacement.
the only reason why you want to use fring if the assumption the camera will work

There is already a thread about this. I mailed the Fring team, they replied me back. Use the Power Search and find the thread.
We're having A LOT of threads with the same topic...
Why doesn't people just use the damn search button!?
