I just ordered from clickok (which unfortunately does not have the best review but it looks like they ship to scandinavia for sure but also the rest of the world, and at least the order form did not take any issue with an adress in germany, but quoted a specific shipping cost.

For anyone who followed my link to Negri, they have changed the price of the black Nokia N9 from $705.50 to $754.50 - I've switched to a cyan at $705.50 which should be stocked next week as well. Updated info below:
