Thanks 'thedead1440' for the update. I will check with my mobile operator soon...

No there is no way for you to flash pr1.3 with pr legacy 001 without getting into much trouble which is seriously not worth it...just stay with pr1.3 009 and wait for pr1.3.1 or pr1.4 to release towards the end of the year and flash a 001 pr legacy of the update fw then...

Thank you for quick answer mr.thedead1440, is it realy risky...bcz i been using flashers like fenix and such for symbians, but i em not sure the fenix will comunicate correctly with N9 hardware, but now sens you are giving me hope on new update fw, probably i will have to stick with it and all it's copy&paste and respondind apps problems and battery consumption....what is that risky way of flashing, is that posible to know...if i consider i can do...i'll take the risk...thanx again.

Why would one want to do that? There is nothing special about 001, it's simply the "Europe" variant of the firmware and 009 ist the virtually the same:

I really wish people on TMO with no clue about firmware would stop talking even less informed people into the risk of flashing their devices with something they don't need!
