The document name is: "Wireless Modem API G2 V2 11w05.zip" at least thats the latest version I could find. But Google is of little help here.

He has them now. Not the most recent though.

The forum prevents me from attaching the zip file here due to attachment size limit

Thanks, I now have all 7 zip files mentioned in these last 3 posts.
Lots of useful information there although it looks like the documentation for the SIM stuff (the ISI messages that go from com.nokia.phone.sim) was never released
