Have you changed browser's user agent string with an app like Hide User Agent ? If yes, you need to reset it to default one to access ovi store.

I have the same problem and I dont have Hide-User-Agent installed. I did reflash straight to v.3.2010.02-8 after it bricked on that update at first.
Could it be that there is something in the first two updates and what might be missing in the latter?
