Does this happen to anyone else where you're scrolling down a site and then all of a sudden instead of scrolling, it just highlights text? And then when it starts highlighting, it keeps on highlighting and doesn't want to switch back to scrolling until I grab the scroll bar. It's not a huge issue to use the scroll bar but it just makes me wonder why it does that from time to time.

that's coz u didn't disable the mouse pointer.
