Eugh, you have to reformat your memory card.
There's a thread about this somewhere. It's a massive pain anyway.

This happened to me this week when I installed USB host mode and the updated kernel.
I had to uninstall Bless900 and the fcam drivers, reboot and then reinstall. Been OK since.
Presumably this has relinked the drivers to the new kernel. This also affected the standard camera app as well. Both my mass storage and SD card passed all filesystem checks with flying colours.
