<rant>A "fancy" UI is precisely what I for one would not want to have! IMHO, this is by far the most common issue with community built software - the inability to reign in that burning desire to be "creative" with the UI and do "cool" things. Most devs are not UI designers - which is why APIs include things like widget factories, UI guidelines and design templates. I much prefer apps which match the general look and feel of my device/OS, which respond well to theming and which do similar things in similar ways. Dear devs, your hard work is very much appreciated - but please, please, please, try to stick to the Harmattan UX guidelines!</rant>

No doubt that's what he meant by fancy UI, it is a utility/tweaking app after-all, doesn't need too much bling/frills.
