Nokia warranty department could not fix my 770 so they bought me out. They kept my 770 and I got $240 (which paid for about half of my N800).

So I am keeping the extra battery but I have the following for sale from a 770:
Box and manuals
Two Stylii
cloth pouch
Original 64MB card
Metal slide case for 770.
