i just solved it by installing kernel-power-bootimg then reinstalling multiboot-kernel-power_0.3_armel.deb. =)

then go to /boot/ there you will see the file "zImage-2.6.28.10maemo40" rename it to "vmlinuz-2.6.28.10power40 and copy it to /boot/multiboot/
now you need to go to /etc/multiboot.d/ and create a new item file for it
if you are lazy go to /etc/multiboot.d/examples
open the Maemo-power39.item file and change the values to
ITEM_NAME="Maemo kernel power40"
ITEM_KERNEL=2.6.28.10power40
and save the file as "Maemo-power40.item to /etc/multiboot.d
