I have 059L698 16 blk and some of the first posts say they got OTA on this varient. Why did they get it and why is this not on the above list? I am in Chicago and I bought mine from a store here. I have tried NSU and I get nothing. Is there still a chance I will get it OTA?

Only one way to know for sure, you need to check in navifirm.
Don't take other users word for it....
Also make sure you're manually checking for the OTA, notifications still aren't the best yet.
