Created a new app: Vegan Beer, an app which uses the Barnivore API to check whether a given alcohol is vegan.

Huge thanks to eekkelund - this was programmed and built entirely on-device, using tIDE.

Ooh wow!
I am so so happy that tIDE is used and usable for on-device developing! I downloaded Vegan Beer, it seems to do just what it promises to do, nice!

PS. Have you uploaded source somewhere?
I have started to develop some basic GUI Git support for tIDE..

Sorry but can't resist;
out of the pit of my ignorance (no offence!);
what's non-vegan in a beer?

I'm personally not a big fan of the vegan way of life, but knowing the app was done in tIDE I couldn't resist to install it.

Then this is applies definitely and only to non-german beer. I doubt the Reinheitsgebot would allow fish guts to be added to beer

The "Reinheitsgebot" has become a farce
It had its meaning some hundret years back to gurantee a minimum standard. But now that we could technically do actually tasty beer within the given Frame, the industry changed the product into a maximum shelf life, ultra filtrated, every damn sort tastes 98% the same kind of brainwash. Yet still fullfilling the Reinheitsgebot and thus market their cheep tasteless imitations as premium.
And i am not even a craft beer advocat
