Well only just and just.

What I would have seen as fair judgement would have been to put the text on the page http://www.apple.com/uk/legal-judgement/ as the UK frontpage, just the text as it is without any graphical elements on the page. Then under that caption would be a button to actually get you on the apple content page.

Apple would jump at that...They'll lock you up before your thoughts get into the judge's mind
