Also, I think I want the 64gb version. is it possible for find a cyan 64gb anywhere in the usa (for a "reasonable" price), with a warranty?

No, a cyan N9 with 64 GB does not exist.

About the warranty, well Nokia USA will pretend that the phone does not exist, and won't help you. Maybe you can warranty issues handled with Amazon as they're selling it in the US. I don't know.

There's a so-called "Mid-East" version of the 64gb N9; however it's more than likely been ruled out to be a body swap of a 16gb Cyan N9 and a 64gb Black N9.

As far as warranty, you're on your own. Not even Squaretrade will cover it - trust me, I bought one, they called me directly and told me that it would not be covered. You "might" get assistance through your card, like American Express which is usually great at this kind of stuff, but even they were skeptical if they could assist me if I needed warranty help/work.

You can always send it to Nokia's service centers, or contact them directly; however I think even then you're taking a risk.

Simply put, if you're in the US, you have no warranty.

So international warranty is essentially no warranty?
