I noticed that I cannot download anything from OVI/Nokia Store when I connected to internet via 3G.. I don't know what the problem, but when I press on one of the programs, the store app tried and tried and tried to open the page with "download" button, but without success..
Someone know what the problem ?

Look at some of the other threads at the top of this sub-forum now.
There's definitely others having very similar issue...
And for at least one usr so far, a full rest/flash/reboot etc seems to have finally fixed it for them.

I flashed my phone 4 days ago, I don't thing it helps.. I thing it's something with my mobile operator (Orange israel)... I also tried different settings, but nothing... :/

IIRC it worked for them after at least their second full re-flash.
I don't see how it'd have anything to do with your carrier unless you're not able to use 3g for other websites etc.

For websites it's no problem, all work perfectly.. Only Nokia store app not connected Thinking about another reflash...)

there's some good threads around now that explain the main flashing options in detail.

I can flash, it's no problem, I flashed my device in the first day I received him, but I think it's not will resolve my problem..

Pretty sure there was a 2nd person with basically the same issue who re-flashed & the problem vanished.
Can't remember which thread it was now.... But I guess YMMV.

I reflashed my phone 5 min ago, and I checked again the Nokia store with 3G connection, same result like before.. And as I thought, reflash not resolve my problem, It's something from operator, imho..

If it's only an issue with 3g then you may be right.
