this scrip worked really good, but he finished developing it some time ago.

you should try speed patch from the reppos it does work pretty good.

I have a problem with the patch. After uploading the audio boost speed or while talking on the speaker the person with whom I talk to still hear the echo. Even if the volume is at a minimum. Can fix it somehow? Sorry for my English. Yours

IMO, avoid anything with "patch" in the title.
In general, they don't do much and don't remove cleanly.
