Hello, I need some advice regarding management and leadership assessment online. Is it really effective? Anybody here have tried it? Please let me know, Thank you.

online management and leadership assessment?
Honestly...
I believe any kind of online meeting from which important decisions are to be made concerning those individuals taking part...
is lacking at present..
perhaps sometime in the future when such meetings could take place online in a submersive virtual environment which mimics in every regard the physical world ...
then I would trust conclusions...
until then...
Face to face is the only way...
physical facial, body language and cues to conversation and interaction play a very very very large part in making determinations and forming astute conclusions...
phone or text or video interaction fails at this point in time to bring such important data fully to your attention to facilitate the best possible conclusions, decisions and courses of action.
So to succinctly put it...
Others may argue..
But for myself ..
Important decisions involving people I would not put on the line via an online method.
I view it at this time as unfair to them and unfair to myself as I cannot make a proper decision due to the fact that a great deal of unspoken communication is not otherwise available through the online medium at the moment.
