I see a hand full of listings on Ebay, but I can't tell if it's a rip off android device or something or the real deal. There are a few on amazon as well but almost all of them are coming from China as well.

Would anyone think this might be worth a go or not?

Hard to say. The seller is calling it a "Lumia", which indicates that the seller doesn't quite understand the product. But that doesn't necessarily mean that the product is not legit.
