1. download kernel power
2. download kernel power settings
3. download qCPUfreq
4. in cpufreq go to settings and click enable overclocking. that's it.

to summarize things up :1- download extras from application manager
2-download everythng concernin kernel from application manager
3-after u download kernel go to menu n u will find somthn called x-terminal go to it n type sudo gainroot, then press enter then type kernel-config limits 250 850 then press enter n ur done but plz visit these sites n read first cuz u might find many problems that might occur like booting n thngs like this which i wont be able to help u alot
4-if u faced any problem open menu n u will find icon called deinstall kernel n it will remove it n reset everythng .
P.S: i knw many geeks will critisize me in many ways bs i just want to help ,n plz if i missed somthn let me know thx alot everyone hope i helped
