This won't be too hard for me because my school is full of photographers and I myself am one.

The rules are:
Photos must be taken during this month
Photos must be taken by the posting member
Photos must be taken with a camera phone
Users post only one photo per entry
Users can change the entry only once
Users must name the phone they used
(so I could include it for voting)
Last three days of this month are for voting

Happy shootingand don't even think of not posting that image because you think it's not good enough. Every entry counts!

Last two months theme.

As this seems to be the only written technical limitation, i need to ask if editing is allowed and if yes to what extend?
Last time i resized the image and after submission the question arised within myself if that is already bending of some unwritten rule, e.g. "no editing allowed whatsoever"?
What about tempering with levels or contrast?
Is HDR allowed but doing it manually buy cutting into layers is not?
So many questionmarks, i guess there is a simple answer

I'm not the boss here but I think it would be wise to just say that only in camera editing is allowed because everyone shoots with a phone and I think no one should have an advantage over another participant because they edited their photo in say Photoshop or something lik that.

But minor changes to the photo (resizing, minor cropping, BW and contrast changes are allowed, just don't ruin your photo)

Could you please clarify it for the slow like me what the actual subject is?
Are we supposed to take pictures of other people taking pictures? They may not like that.
Visit galleries and take pictures of their creations? The guards may not like that.
Something else entirely?

If anyone's planning to be in the vicinity of South Florida, USA, Clyde Butcher is having an open house. Great opportunity to fulfill this month's theme and photograph the photographer and his darkroom, studio, gallery, etc.

A little bit out of my way just for a monthly contest -- but if you're in the neighborhood already it's worth the trip to see America's premier living landscape photographer in his studio.
