Hi,

They let me know yesterday they have troubles to send my order, because of too much orders...
And today they told me they don't have any more in stock, so they ask me if I want something else on their website, or refund me.
As I don't want anything else, I ask for a refund. I hope to get infos very soon (my contact seems to be pretty reactive)

I got prepared answer number 2:

Greetings from SimplyElectronics.
Upon packing your order, we had discovered that our shipment of Nokia N9 64GB (White) Sim Free / Unlocked was damaged, and therefore had to be returned.
Unfortunately, the replacements are not expected to arrive within any short period of time.
We apologise for any inconveniences caused, however in this unfortunate event, we would like to ask if there are any other similarly priced products listed on our site that may be suitable as a replacement? Should the price be slightly higher, we can perhaps waive this as a gesture of goodwill (please note we can only do this usually for minor differences).
Likewise, if the price is lower, we can have this reimbursed to your account.
Kindly let us know by reply and we will do our best to expedite this for you. Otherwise, kindly advise on how we should proceed.

I got the exact same answer.
If no refund until end of next week, I'll use my bank card insurance

All you guys ordering from Simply Electronics, call your bank or credit card company and charge back as fast as you can!

Just search for Simply Electronics and a few distinct words from their "oops your shipment got damaged" BS, like "gesture of goodwill" and you'll find they've been running this scam for a long time:

People don't get their products and don't get refunds. Don't be the next sucker to fall for this!
