is it possible to create a theme that has an old school LCD look with black fonts?

Not in the way it would be fully functional since there are some built in apps that has hard coded white fonts that cannot be changed via theme.

But with dark background and light fonts, yes, it's doable.

damn........i was thinking more light light background and dark fonts. oh well, it was worth asking. thx

It's fine if you don't use calendar or e-mail client. Those are the worst ones. Also some 3rd party programs suffers the same badly coded thing like Foreca weather widget.

As theme designer I find it waste of time to do light themes since I cannot use them myself (I'm heavy calendar user).
