Just an update!
I have the Browser Appliance thing installed on My XP machine. I can browse the net using Firefox in it and have brought up the terminal screen after downloading Flasher (on the desktop) and the Zlimage su-18-200627 file.
Please can someone tell me what to do now?

Worked it out by myself and all working now!!
