Ok so this is very hard to describe so I will do my best.

So I can not close my apps when I slide from the top of the screen to the bottom. I can only close apps when I swipe from right to left. Certain apps such as messing will automatically open hortizontally. When I take pictures they save themselves upside down.

And then randomly the phone will fix itself and allow to me close apps properly to only start messing up again.

I just tried clearing the device this did not help. Does anyone have any explaination for this issue?

Sounds like it may be a problem with the orientation sensor. Did you change casings or bump the phone particularly hard recently?
