I got my N900 yesterday and I am blown away by it. I was impressed when I got my N95, but this is a whole new level of gadgety goodness.

I am getting the hang of Maemo and finding it easy it pick up, but there a few things I have not quite figured out yet. They are either down to me not looking hard enough (trust me I have tried) or they are not features.

1. Can I get the calendar to default to a per-week view? Every time I open it, it is on per-day view
2. Is there a bookmark manager? I like folders... I have a long list of bookmarks and a single list is just unmanageable.
3. Can I swap the USB function within the software? From PC Suite to Mass Storage?

Thanks folks

You can manage the bookmarks from the bookmarks pane in the browser:
  1. Tap on the taskbar and select "Move"
  2. Select the bookmarks to move
  3. Tap on the "Move" button in the taskbar
  4. Select a folder to move to (or tap the "New" button to add a new folder)

Fairly sure mine was on there out of the box - just add the calendar widget.

There's probably a way to do this. It would involve unloading and loading some kernel modules that could be automated in a script and executed from xterm. pc-connectivtiy-manager in Extras-Testing may be worth a look (beware of unstable software here)

It just simpler to re-plug the cable.

Mm.. I know you can add it to your desktop..
But I mean like the way its showing, im not really feeling it.

I had a HTC TYTN II before this N900 and it had a neat way of showing your upcomming events. (see pic below)
