Hi

I will tell you about my wifi

I subscribed to internet service the one that doesn't need wires it just connect through the satellite

when we subscribe they told us that they have the device with wifi that can be used for laptops so we took the one with wifi

now when I try to connect my N800 it doesn't connect to it

can you help me

the device is from motorola

Can you please try with another router and say if it works?

And please be way more exact, like the exact device name.
Are you sure that all settings are correct in that router?
For example that if you only allow specific MAC addresses to connect to that router: Are you sure that you have added the MAC address to the list of allowed computers in your router settings?
There are many, many reasons why this does not work currently. Please try to provide as much information as possible, otherwise this will take a long time.

Hi Andre,

More info on N800 'not connecting'? What error or connectivity message does it display... Is the wifi signal detectable through other devices? Is the Motorola Sat unit considered 'Plug & Play' or did it come with specific software/drivers?
