That is why personal meetings are very good. You get know people of community behind nick-names and you always surprise how different backgrounds people come.

Or all who attain are hired. Have to think some hard questions to blow up the possible cover knowledge they have been given.

Might prove to be difficult. I try to hire the best ones

I am bringing my laptop anyhow, and ssh is installed.
Attendees are welcome to use it!
It will also have a 4G mobile broadband connection

OK, I can clearly see some topics for the meeting; what about catering and bedding?
Maemish?
IIRC, you said sheets are not included - does that mean there's actual beds & blankets for under 10 people? Would be good to know if I don't have to bring mattress and sleeping bag.

Food:
I liked your suggestion of salads and chicken; but I have nothing against barbeque either.

Drink:
Finnish tradition of everybody brings their own alcoholic beverages (and hangs on to them for dear life)? I would prefer to have at least some beer for everybody, maybe some wine too.

Shall we share the burden of bringing the food?
Of course we probably still need to share some expenses, for me that goes without saying.

Beds, blankets and pillows: yes. Sheets: no, except if someone is coming outside Finland.

Someone said he could make pizza. I suggest one meal could be "Mättöpelti" with meat and nachos and some weggies to throw with. Then chicken salad and something to barbeque. If people come already on friday, I would suggest something easy to barbeque. Then breakfast stuff (bread, cheese, cucumber, meat, yoghurt, juice). If people come only from sa-su, there would be lunch, dinner, evening meal, breakfast and lunch.

Everyone should bring their own alcohol drinks yes. If some kind of wine box is needed someone else should bring. I don't know about wines. Also maybe better everyone brings their own beers, or what do people think? We can buy also together but tastes differ. And shared expensies.

I can take with me non-alcohol drinks some bottles, more than I need, but not enough for all. And no I don't bring non-alcohol Koskenkorva for good taste

So I bring sheets, a towel etc. but no actual bedding. Good to know.

Alcoholic: I will bring more than I need for myself

Coffee: I will bring medium/dark roast. Can't stand that finnish light roast.

Food is taken care of I understand; your suggestions sound good to me.
Of course we share all expenses & a little extra for Maemish!

Let's stick with no extra. Much easier that way. Unless you break something.
