Hi there all,



I need some help building a *.deb file for the N9.

Im running Windows. I know I need a virtual Linux OS or something...

My suggestion would be to get virtualbox
https://www.virtualbox.org/

and install an Ubuntu image into it
http://www.ubuntu.com/download/ubuntu/download

Why not try Wubi?
It is excellent, gives you a full dual-boot system with Window$ and the latest Ubuntu release.

Once you have you Linux virtual machine running, you might also want to check out the PySide packaging assistant. It tries to automate a large part of the packaging process and is mainly targeted on Python programs.

Also the QtCreator seems to be able to directly create N9/Harmattan packages.
