is it possible for perl to work with qml in harmattan?

yes if you make hybrid application then qml can call perl scripts through c++.

This is a link to a similar discussion thread. The last entry implies you can also use a perl script to call a qml file, not just qt code, at least in modern desktop linux systems. Whether harmattan is modern or desktop enough is another matter.

ah, if question means Qt perl bindings, then answer is that yes perl works in harmattan, but you need to install/compile the needed packages from CPAN, as those are not avail in default repoes. (and you also need to compile gnu bzip2 for getting it to work).
