i got error when i try to send a picture from my gallery to my Flickr account with the maemo "share via service" plugin

is just me or something is changed in Flickr?

the upload work for some time and then throw a transfer error

Flickr recently changed its API to switch to https only. Some of the URLs have changed, so I'm not surprised that it broke your upload...

Flickr now requires SSL.

Anyone can fix this ssl issue for Maemo and MeeGo? Please........

ShwStppr fixed the SSL problem for FlickrUp.
Here it is for Symbian and Harmattan.

EDIT: Just realized this was in the Fremantle sub-forum. My bad.

if this is the package to upgrade

Taking a quick look, Sharing-service-flickr is closed source.

But its possible to reverse engineer, like MCE

Someone with the time and skills interested in doing it?

It would probably be easier for someone with some C++ skills to ignore the existing package and use the published libsharing-plugin-dev/libsharing-plugin-doc packages and the published Flickr API and write a new Flickr plugin from scratch.
