You could try asking the author of youtube-dl if there is anyway to get a version that works on python 2.5 or find someone to get python 2.6 working on diablo.

Do you still have the previous version of youtube-dl?

Marxian here said that he would be willing to at least take a look at it.

That is the git repo and will have source for new and old version. Should be easy to diff them and figure out a way to make the new changes work with python 2.5.

It depends on what you want to do. As far as I can tell, it just launches a playlist. The playlist id is in the URL, so it will be quite easy to retrieve that playlist and play/download each of the videos.

Yeah, that's what I really like about it. It's kind of similiar to Pandora but with music videos instead. <3

I've never messed around with playlists before though and was wondering what the command line would be for something like this.
