no Rob1n, its only on the photos, and its not opening as it sais file is not available and unable to delete

Okay, sounds like the index/cache is out of date. Try running "tracker-processes -r" to clear the index (this will mean it'll have to reindex all media on the phone again, so could take a while), then launch Photos/Media Player to kick the indexer back into action.

should i do this in the terminal?

i tried it on terminal but it sais not found

Download and install rootsh, type root then enter in terminal
Then do the above command, if it doesn't work I'll reply.

Open app manager
Click download
Click the title bar
Click search
Type rootsh
Click rootsh
Accept agreement
Click continue
Open terminal, type root, hit enter
Type tracker-processes -r as he said above

There's no need to be root, and it may not even work properly as root (depending on whether it uses absolute or relative paths).
