Yep, I can confirm that. That's a major bug that wasn't present in the last beta. I don't understand how they release a "final" version adding this annoying bug.

many thanks! Finally someone answers that question (I've asked it before with no luck)

I really cannot understand that change.

Yeah, I know many complained, but I rather liked it, because it did indeed prevent me from fat-fingering and accidentally moving stuff where I didn't want it.

Does that mean that now I can leave autocomplete active in applications where it is useful and not worrying of having my passwords cached in cleartext when I use xterm?
Up until now I had to leave autocomplete disabled because of this, so it seems like a feature to me, not a bug.

Any issues with the GPE suite? I use timesheet, calendar and to dos heavily.

It occurred to me that perhaps this new method of getting the fingerboard is a feature. Whereas in OS2007, it was nearly a guess as to which keyboard you would get when you touched a text box. Now, for me at least, it's consistently touch for a stylus board and d-pad for the fingerboard.

Obviously this helps new users to know how to get the desired result, but it seems logically, it should be the opposite. I should touch to get touch, and use hardware to use more hardware.
