I would like to know this as well - love the overlay keyboard for my N800.

I see the OP (dnastase) has posted here recently, so hopefully he will let us know the status of this project.
I don't believe a source package was ever released, but I for one would really like to have it. There are some things it would be nice to tweak, and it crashes occasionally on me, so I would like to investigate that.
Thank you for the original overlay xterm dnastase - I hope you will revive it for OS2008 and publish the source.

I had it working fine in the beta, pretty sure i just renamed the orig xterm and replaced it.
