I didnt install anything. One day it was snappy and the next, I have trouble opening up Conversations with no programs runnng in the background. Its just too jittery. I've already tried restarting the device. And sometimes, when I wake the device up, all I see is a blank screen with the time at the top and I have to manually tap the screen for the screen to light up with the contents. Any idea whats the problem?

Mine too. Everything was pretty good until I installed the mini update a couple weeks back. My phone has been laggy and sad since then.

Yea the thing is, I didnt install anything. Even the tiled view for the task manager lags bad. Im unistalling unneed themes and apps to see if there's a difference.

use X terminal and type "top". That will show you what's hogging your CPU.

Yesterday my N900 started to slow down for no apparent reason... I had uninstalled a bunch off apps & games some hours earlier, but I seriously doubt that is the reason for the slowdown..
Today it's back to normal though.
